Today I updated the long neck to work with rigged heads.

It works by using only mHead, mNeck and mChest and is uploaded with "Only Deform Bones" disabled.

I went through a lot of issues and overthinking the solution to a problem I had with the original file but I'd rather not go on about it any more.

I have now uploaded an unrigged version of the glowtip quills for modders, they are not organized and will need to be rezzed out in a sandbox and unlinked, DIY
